Delivery and payment
An overview of delivery and payment options, prices included.
DPD courier delivery
We dispatch from Bratislava and deliver with DPD, usually within 24 hours – that is, the next working day. The courier will call or text you before delivery.
For orders under €100 delivery costs €7.99 including VAT. For orders over €100 delivery anywhere in Slovakia is free.
Collection in person
You can collect your order at Golf Universe, Galvaniho 35a, 821 04 Bratislava. Collection is free and we usually have orders ready within two hours of confirmation.
We are open Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00 and Sunday 10:00–16:00. There are twelve free parking spaces outside the shop.
Payment options
Card at checkout (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer against an invoice, cash on delivery to the courier (+€1.50), or cash or card when collecting in person.
Golf Universe vouchers can be redeemed online as well as in the shop.
Oversized items
Complete sets with a bag, travel covers and electric trolleys ship as oversized parcels. The delivery charge stays the same; dispatch may just take one extra day.
