We usually reply within a few hours, by the next working day at the latest. If you need help choosing clubs, tell us your handicap and roughly how far you hit it – that saves us a round of questions.
Delivery and payment
When is delivery free?
Orders over €100 including VAT ship free anywhere in Slovakia. This covers DPD courier delivery and pickup points alike. Collection in store is always free, whatever the order value.
What does delivery cost on smaller orders?
DPD courier delivery is €7.99 on orders under €100. The price is the same across Slovakia, including bulky items such as bags and trolleys. There is no surcharge for clubs shipped in a hard tube.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Items in stock leave the same working day if you order before 2 pm. DPD delivers to most Slovak addresses within 24 hours of dispatch. You get a text with a one-hour delivery window on the day.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes — collection is free at our shop on Galvaniho 35a in Bratislava. Stocked items are ready within two hours and held for three working days. We let you know by email and text when it is waiting.
Complaints and returns
How long do I have to return something?
You can return anything bought online within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. We refund within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Custom-built clubs and printed or embroidered items are excluded.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We handle size and model exchanges for 30 days from purchase, twice the statutory period. The item must be unused with its original tags. We do not charge return postage on shoe and clothing exchanges.

How does the loyalty programme work?
Every purchase earns you 2 per cent of its value in loyalty credits. One credit is worth €0.02 and can be spent on any future order with no minimum. Credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
What is the lowest price guarantee?
Find the same product cheaper at another Slovak or Czech retailer and we will match it. Send us the link through the contact form and we verify it within 24 hours. The guarantee excludes secondhand items and short-term clearance events.
Club fitting
How much does a fitting cost?
A driver fitting is €60 and a full bag fitting €90. Buy the clubs from us within 14 days of the session and we deduct the fee from the purchase, so it effectively costs nothing. If you decide not to buy, the measurement report is yours to keep.
How long does a fitting take?
A single-club fitting runs about 45 minutes; a full bag takes a maximum of 120. We deliberately do not go longer, because after two hours fatigue changes your swing and the numbers stop meaning anything. Book online or by phone.
When do custom-fitted clubs arrive?
Custom builds take two to four weeks depending on the manufacturer and shaft combination. Callaway and TaylorMade tend to be quicker; special-order Japanese shafts can take longer. We confirm the exact date by email within two working days of your order.
Club repairs
Can you regrip while I wait?
Yes, we regrip in store while you wait. A single club takes about ten minutes, a full set of thirteen around forty. If you are dropping in unannounced, do ring ahead — Saturday mornings get busy.
