How we handle your data and why we need it at all.
Who processes your data
The controller is Golf in one, s.r.o., Vajnorská 79, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID 36 674 699. You can reach us at info@golfuniverse.sk or on 0948 012 233.
What we collect and why
For orders we process your name, surname, delivery address, e-mail and phone number. Without them we simply cannot deliver. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
For fitting bookings we also process your handicap and any notes about your game. We use these only to prepare the session and share them with nobody.
For newsletter sign-ups we process your e-mail on the basis of your consent. One click in any e-mail unsubscribes you.
For accounting and warranty purposes we keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who we share it with
The courier (DPD) to the extent needed for delivery, the payment gateway provider for card payments, our accountant and our hosting provider. We have data processing agreements in place with all of them.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time – just write to info@golfuniverse.sk.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
Retention
Orders and invoices: 10 years (tax obligation). Contact form messages: 3 years. Newsletter sign-ups: until consent is withdrawn. Fitting booking data: 5 years, so we can build on your previous session.
