Crossline Cord is coarse, pronounced and uncompromising — exactly right if you play gloveless or through autumn damp. The cord runs the full length, so the hold is identical in both hands. It is not the softest grip to the touch and sensitive hands need a fortnight to adjust. In return it lasts roughly twice as long as smooth rubber.
