The Ai-ONE insert varies in thickness across the face, worked out by simulating thousands of strikes. The upshot is simple: a heel putt gives up 3 to 5 per cent less speed than with a conventional face, which is half a metre over a ten-metre putt. The Seven head is a face-balanced mallet, so it suits a straighter stroke. Stocked in 33", 34" and 35", and we can shorten it in the shop.
