Complaints and returns
What to do when something doesn’t suit you or arrives damaged.
Returns within 14 days
Goods bought through the e-shop can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, no reason needed. Just write to eshop@golfuniverse.sk and send the item back unused and undamaged.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Exchanges within 30 days
Beyond the statutory minimum we offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt. This mainly covers sizing – shoes, gloves, clothing. We can also handle exchanges at the shop, usually while you wait.
How to make a claim
Write to info@golfuniverse.sk with a photo of the fault, your order number and a short description of what happened. We will get back to you within one working day.
Bring the item to the shop or send it by courier together with proof of purchase. We will decide on the claim within 30 days at the latest.
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear: worn grips, worn wedge grooves, worn outsoles and spikes on golf shoes, scratched driver sole plates from playing off hard ground.
Mechanical damage caused by misuse – a shaft snapped against a tree root or after the club was thrown, for instance.
